Description :

This is a storage unit sell taking place in Centerville IA at CJ'S Storage.  These are non-payment units that will sell online only. Auction sell is final.  If you have never purchased a contents of a storage unit, this is how it works.  

We will have a preview day for you to look in the unit from the garage door.  You will not be allowed to go through the unit, only view it from the door.  We will also be taking photos and videos to put online. 

You will go to our website, gilworthrealestate.com and click the link to sign up to bid on the auction.  Once you are the winning bidder, you will pay for unit on the day of the sell.  You will have 48 hours to remove all contents.  You will also pay a $50.00 Deposit the day of the sell and this will be returned after everything has been removed.  You are required to take all items out of the unit.  

Payment by credit card will have a 4% fee added to it.
